1、Brief introduction of ZK-CNC-4228 automatic glass cutting assembly line:

The overall plan of the project: CNC full-automatic glass cutting assembly line is composed of full-automatic loading machine+full-automatic cutting machine+air-float break-off machine. The full-automatic glass cutting assembly line is mainly used for the processing of flat glass, which can quickly and accurately take out pieces, cut straight special-shaped glass and air-float mechanical break-off. The working process is as follows: the loading machine adopts mechanical turnover, and takes the original glass sheet to be processed from the material rack through the vacuum suction cup, and falls onto the loading table. The glass is transported to the cutting platform through the rollers on the loading table and the conveyor belt on the glass cutting table. The cutter box on the beam of the cutting machine drives the cutter to move at high speed in the X and Y directions through the servo motor, uses the motor rotation of the Z axis to control the tangent path of the cutter, and uses the analog quantity to control the cutting pressure and depth, and the four axes act simultaneously to cut. After cutting, the glass plate is sent to the air-floating break-off table for break-off through the air cushion formed by the conveyor belt on the cutting table and the break-off table.

2、ZK-CNC-4228 automatic glass loading table

1).Basic working principle:

It is mainly used for automatic glass taking. Put the glass at the designated position, and after the chip taking signal is given, the boom will turn upward by about 95 ° through the turning mechanism, and the whole machine will start to move forward. When the sensing device on the jib touches the glass, the whole machine will stop moving. The suction cup on the glass will be sucked by the vacuum system, and the jib lifting motor will lift the glass upward by about 80 mm, and the walking motor will back while the boom will fall. When the boom is in place, The suction cup under the glass starts to blow, and the small arm falls when the glass falls onto the conveyor wheel. Finally, the glass is transported to the cutting table through the conveyor wheel.

3.Detailed work steps:

The whole working process can be completed by PLC automatic control or manual control. The manual mode is mainly applicable to equipment adjustment and maintenance. Each action can be completed separately or used for normal work. After the chip taking signal (both manual and automatic) is given, the boom will turn up about 95 ° through the turning mechanism, and the whole machine will start to move forward. Then the whole frame moves to find the zero position automatically and stops. Wait for the cutting table to send a signal, and then the glass can be sent to the cutting machine workbench at the same speed as the conveyor belt on the cutting machine. After the glass is sent out, the loading program will be automatically cycled. This machine can pick up pieces at any selected position according to the required glass thickness.

3. ZK-CNC-4228 automatic glass cutting machine

1.Basic principle:

Its working principle is to transport the cut glass from the conveyor belt to the workbench, automatically enter the position of the glass through the photoelectric scanning system, and then the cutting head with diamond cutter wheel on the cutter box moves along the X and Y directions respectively by program control to cut the substrate.
