The overall plan of the project: CNC full-automatic glass cutting assembly line is composed of full-automatic loading machine+full-automatic cutting machine+air-float break-off machine. The full-automatic glass cutting assembly line is mainly used for the processing of flat glass, which can quickly and accurately take out pieces, cut straight special-shaped glass and air-float mechanical break-off. The working process is as follows: the loading machine adopts mechanical turnover, and takes the original glass sheet to be processed from the material rack through the vacuum suction cup, and falls onto the loading table. The glass is transported to the cutting platform through the rollers on the loading table and the conveyor belt on the glass cutting table. The cutter box on the beam of the cutting machine drives the cutter to move at high speed in the X and Y directions through the servo motor, uses the motor rotation of the Z axis to control the tangent path of the cutter, and uses the analog quantity to control the cutting pressure and depth, and the four axes act simultaneously to cut. After cutting, the glass plate is sent to the air-floating break-off table for break-off through the air cushion formed by the conveyor belt on the cutting table and the break-off table.

Then the whole frame moves to find the zero position automatically and stops. Wait for the cutting table to send a signal, and then the glass can be sent to the cutting machine workbench at the same speed as the conveyor belt on the cutting machine. After the glass is sent out, the loading program will be automatically cycled. This machine can pick up pieces at any selected position according to the required glass thickness.

1.Basic principle:
