Machine performance overview:
ZK-JGZX-2010 CNC Glass Processing Center is an economical processing machine.This machine tool can rough and finish machining of glass,rock slabs,ceramics and other materials,it can also perform efficient, large-volume, and high-precision processing of complex special-shaped workpieces.
The whole machine:Mechatronics design, advanced structure, reasonable layout, beautiful appearance, using an integral bed with excellent rigidity and stability;the whole machine has an automatic lubrication system.
Spindle:The spindle bearing adopts C-level bearing; the spindle rotation runout is small and the accuracy is stable.
Move:The X/Y/Z axis of this machine adopts three-axis full screw drive of a well-known domestic brand,which has excellent motion accuracy and dynamic characteristics.
System:It adopts a special system for drilling, milling and edge grinding, all driven by servo motors, with reliable performance and visibility.
Graphical interface, easy to operate.

1.This machine can perform rough machining and finishing of hard and brittle materials, and is especially suitable for Automobile, machinery and other industries,efficient and large-scale processing of glass, rock slabs and ceramics,high-precision processing.
2. This machine can also process other materials by replacing the cutting tools.
3. This machine is also suitable for small and medium-sized batches of plate-shaped and special-shaped materials.
The processing scope of the machine should be determined based on the machine specifications and its technical parameters. Processing beyond machine specifications and permitted parameters is prohibited.
