Horizontal 9 Head Glass Beveling and Edging Machine ZK-XBM-9

ZK-XBM-9 horizontal straight line beveling glass edge grinding machine is a brand new glass deep processing equipment. It changes the traditional glass vertical chain transmission method and adopts the synchronous belt horizontal clamping transmission method to greatly improve the edge grinding accuracy.This machine is mainly composed of five systems, which are mainly divided into: control system, grinding system, clamping transmission system, cooling system and undertaking system. The whole machine has a compact structure, reasonable layout and harmonious appearance.

Control system: The instrument displays the current and voltage, and the machine operation status is clear at a glance. 

Grinding system: A high-speed three-phase AC motor is used to ensure that the performance of the machine is continuously stable during long-term use; the grinding wheel uses the latest internationally popular manufacturing process to ensure processing accuracy and polishing brightness, and has ensured that the mirror effect is achieved.

Clamping transmission system: 1. single worm gear speed change and AC frequency conversion speed regulation are selected. During operation, the speed can smoothly transition between 0-4 meters to meet different process requirements.2. Use high-quality synchronous belts with PU and red glue adhered on the surface, which not only reduces the breakage rate of glass during the clamping and conveying process, but also ensures that the clamping force between the glass and the synchronous belt is sufficient during operation, and there is no relative sliding between the glass and the synchronous belt, ensuring that the line accuracy of the ground glass products meets the requirements.

Cooling system: It uses circulating water, double pump and double tank cooling. Cerium oxide polishing powder is added to one of the water tanks, which not only ensures circulating cooling but also improves polishing brightness.

Undertaking system: The synchronous belt used with the transmission system is used to avoid surface scratches during the operation of the glass. The control part and the working part are organically coordinated, people-oriented, and highlight the humanized design. The method of use is simple and clear, and the grinding accuracy is stable and continuous. It is the most ideal equipment for beveling and grinding in glass deep processing enterprises.
