Furnace section

This section includes combined steel structure frame, transmission system, photoelectric switch, universal ball lifting platform, etc.The drive motor of the upper furnace is driven by the frequency converter to drive the placed glass to the photoelectric switch of the front furnace of the heating furnace and prepare for entering the furnace. During furnace feeding, the frequency converter drives the motor to drive the roller table to run at high speed to transport the glass to the heating furnace for heating. The degree of the glass is accurately measured and recorded by the photoelectric switch and furnace encoder, and the movement distance of the glass can be changed by the machine boundary according to the degree of the glass.The universal ball table mechanism with the actuating device is more suitable for the installation of glass.

The heating furnace is of upper and lower split steel structure. The upper furnace body can be lifted and lowered by 500mm through the furnace top lifting mechanism, which is convenient for maintenance and cleaning. The thermal insulation material of the furnace body is made of high-density ceramic fiber board, the surface is brushed with heat-resistant adhesive, and a layer of magnetized aluminum plate is laid on the inside of the furnace to ensure that no impurities will fall off, causing product pits and defects. Each convection fan adopts frequency conversion control, which can be controlled separately. According to the heating principle of glass, adjust the pressure of glass automatically. The convection fan is arranged in the middle of the furnace top, and adopts the design of "double outlet" to make the blowing pressure more uniform, and the motor bearing adopts "cold cooling" to prolong the bearing life.
